The Loon is a one bedroom apartment that sits right on the edge of the ocean, with panoramic views of the Witless Bay Ecological Reserve. This self-contained two-room apartment includes a bedroom with private washroom and a combined kitchen/living area with a comfortable double pull-out bed. Guests enjoy easy access to whale watching, puffins, and hiking on the East Coast Trail.
The Gannet Studio is a comfortable oceanfront studio apartment ideal for couples or solo travelers. While it does not have a direct ocean view, the property offers many oceanfront viewpoints in the garden, and guests enjoy easy access to whale watching, puffins, and the East Coast Trail.
The Eagle is a newly created two bedroom, two bathroom option that combines both the Gannet and the Puffin. Already popular, the Eagle is perfect for families travelling with children, for two couples looking for space enough to be comfortable, for a group of friends looking for a night away.

The Puffin apartment features a private entrance, bedroom with queen bed, kitchen/living room, and a deck with one of the best views on the Avalon. There is a fold down mattress for a child and a portable single bed in the closet.
